nancy shrugged off her shoulders and dropped it onto the younger women , nancy had been trapped in plenty of places over the years. she was sure she could get the two of them out. ‘ we have to find a hole. usually the best bets are the tops of windows or windows that sit above a door. ‘ nancy spoke before she started walking to a wall to try and find some sort of hole.
nancy sat looking out at the body of water from her seat on the ground over looking the water. every time she closed her eyes all she could see was the upside down. and with the fact that she could tell she had almost all of her memories had left her head spinning. lost in thought as she looked over at the water , it wasnt til she heard someone approaching when she broke her gaze. ‘ couldnt sleep either? ‘
nancy sat at an open table next to the cafe , coffee sat next to the article she was proofreading. her focus mostly on the paper and from time to time her coffee , that sat cold now because she was more invested in the paper. til she heard someone talking to her. looking up nancy gave an apologetic smile , ‘ sorry , could you repeat that? i was a little distracted. ‘
‘ mike? ‘ nancy called out when she saw her younger brother down the sidewalk from her. she missed her brother , so to know that he was her made her relax a little bit. / @prcphesieslie

nancy had a bad feeling about all it , all of the stories she had been hearing for everyone around her. some waking up to having another set of memories and lives they have lived. others report loved ones coming back from the dead , nancy felt like maybe she was missing stuff herself. things felt familiar yet when she really tried to think about why nothing seemed to come up. nancy felt like she had to figure out what was going on with the major because she thought she would understand what was going on if she could. ‘ easier said than felt. ‘

there had been so many weird things going on in ivycove , the more that nancy dug into it the more it really made no sense to her. it also didnt really make sense when she heard about others having a second life , because as far as she knew she only had one. even if it felt wrong too her a bit , but nothing came when she tried to think of any other life she may have lead. ‘ i believe you , theres too much weird going on otherwise. ‘ although her mother has these believes , as much as nancy tried she had no memories of any of it.

ellie couldnt help the small chuckle that pasted through her lips. the miller men did have their rough edges but despite what they presented they were a bunch of softies. ‘ i know youre a big softie at heart. ‘ ellie teased slightly with a shrug of her shoulders. ‘ but i’ll pretend and help you keep the image. ‘ tommy had become her family , he had took her shooting when joel was busy and had helped her on patrol so she always thought very highly of him.

nancy shook her head at the others apology , nancy would have said yes to giving the other women a ride even if she hadnt lied about why she needed one. ‘ no need to lie next time , all you have to do is just ask. youre near by my place so its not out of the way or anything. if you need help feel free to ask me if i can i will always help. ‘
