I think Mrs Nancy Lassetire ( nee Cayenne ) is a psychiatrist at the NASCAR units, as a nod to Mrs Nancy Lasseter's background in psychology and computer animation
She joined her husband John Lassetire ( whom she had 5 sons with ) in the Allinoil trial
And yes she also helped the Gorvettes and the Radiator Springs gang to heal from the Allinoil disaster traumas thru scheduled therapy ( mostly FaceTime ) and such
