dark start by ruby haunt - i've been listening to a truly insane amount of ruby haunt lately but this list can't be all ruby haunt, and lean-to and dark start are two of the heaviest in my rotation

you've got the map backwards, matt by marietta - yes, i learned this song from the "drake apologizes to josh but it's a midwest emo intro" video, sue me

i love you always forever by donna lewis - so goddamn cute in such a fun 80s way despite coming out in the 90s

xo by beyoncé - again, so goddamn cute but in a fun 2010s way, so sparkly so earnest so anthemic

+ critically acclaimed shows are still, unfortunately, very male dominated. there’s just more people an actor goes up against, even just to score a nomination

another really great point!!! there were only 3 ladies submitted for best supporting actress from stranger things (millie, sadie and natalia - winona was submitted for lead), while there were 9 men submitted (david, noah, finn, caleb, gaten, joe, charlie, paul reiser and sean astin). so noah already had more competition just within in his own show as he did all the other shows that submitted that were also submitted.

1. Compliment your writing!

i am really proud of how much my writing has improved over the last 4 or so years! and i like to think i'm pretty good at writing dialogue<3

20. What was the last thing you researched for a story?

this is embarrassing but the last thing i googled for a fic was if you add milk and sugar to earl grey tea...... but the last thing i like researched was a french law school syllabus. like i was elbow-deep in PDFs using my extremely limited french duolingo experience & google translate to figure out what the names of these classes were. why did i have to choose such a french fandom....

24. Which fic do you think is your funniest?

i think generally you are the wave i could never tame and don't hate our love are the fics where people comment the most saying they're funny! and more recently i personally like to think exr cooler than me fic is pretty funny <3

25. Which fic do you think is your saddest?

i'm working on some pretty sad projects rn actually but out of my published works i would definitely say adansey all too well fic <3

oh all of my opening lines are lame as hell. i guess i like this one from 'cos you live in my daydreams: It felt like they were driving into the sun, bright and insufferably hot.

See, Death does have a funny way of bringing people together. from bury all of my bones. which the opening line of that one is Death is said to do a lot of things. which is a lame opener. i'm so lame.

YEAH! i mean. at least i will try. or at least i'm in the process of doing just that! i've watched almost all jenna ortega movies. and after watching portrait of a lady on fire i lost my mind and went and watched laround 10 adele haenel movies

🥮 Do you have any writing milestones you're working toward?

i’m hoping to get my requests done from my 420 follower event from like…november/december. it’s the way i’m trying to recover from my january-march depression and now feeling like my writing and characterization is shit. i’m counting that as a milestone. just finishing 5 requests and then eventually starting some ship week prompts.
