Broke: Hyrule's era is a wasteland because of graphical limitations from the original game

Woke: AOL shows us that much of Hyrule is throwing greenery with lots of cool biomes we just don't see because that's not where monsters tend to hang out

Bespoke: Hyrule is ready to chew on Legend's cap in frustration because they somehow only land in the deserty deserted looking parts of the kingdom when they go to his ear so that rest are convinced that's all there is.

fun LU fic idea

Twilight, after having a couple nights of poor sleep, is overwhelmed and stimulated just by being with the group, so he takes the chance to go 'scouting' and turns into Wolfie.

After a little he finds a grotto dig spot, goes in, and oooo yes this is exactly what he needed, it's quiet, the lights aren't bothering him, he'll just spend a couple minuets here before heading back.

He falls asleep.

A couple hours pass and the rest of the chain is being consumed with worry looking for Twilight.

The real question is, how long does it take one of them who has an item that will let them get in the grotto (like mogma mitts), to figure out what Twiligh did? Because I know for Sky, all the dig spots are pretty obvious, but Twilight uses Wolf sense to tell where he can dig, so it might take them a while to figure out he went in there, and when they do they're worried some monsters grabbed him and fled underground only to find Wolfie doing some snork mimimi on them

(Wild and Hyrule either borrow or steal the dig tools later and make Twilight take them to another underground grotto as an 'apology')

you know how we love to have Wolfie get infected with black blood and start hunting the chain?

Imagine that: BUT WITH LEGEND

The black blood and dark magic had turned his fur pitch black, and his eyes are blood red. He's tiny, and easily mistaken for something small and vulnerable

And that's when he goes to rip your throat out.

Anyways this though of black rabbit infected Legend has been haunting me for a few days now

Dress Reveal!

guess who finished a project that's been sitting for far far too long? Me!

so for long time friendos you might remember that instead of writing a thesis I got to make a wool coat for my capstone. But tragedy struck days before the thing was due, I forgot to mirror my pieces of my lining and since I'd ordered that online I had no time to get more. So instead I went to the store and got new lining, which I managed to get put together and had the coat done for grading :D (how much sleep I got in those last few days we won't say)

Cut to a couple weeks after this project is done, and I want to put the pieces I have together into a dress instead, but I'll need some new fabric to make this work and oh no! The site says that kind of fabric is all out :(

Now last year, I was looking for something for a totally different project and saw the same fabric back in stock, so I got more!

And now today, I finally finished this lining turned dress that been years in the making at this point!!!

Heres how we started! Things are looking good!

Now I didn't want long sleeves on this now that I was making a dress, so I traced the sleeve pattern, slashed it and spread it on the bottom, adding fullness and making a much more flowy, loose sleeve!

This dress was gonna take a lot of buttons, but I didn't have many in a size I'd need, then I remembered that I made some covered buttons for the wedding guess dress last year and still had some left I ended up needing a few more but that's alright.

Behold buttonholes and the ruffle! These both took me several hours to do XD the buttonholes because the poor buttonhole foot kept getting stuck on this decently thick fabric that I self lined, and the ruffle because I pieced together a strip twice as long as I am tall at least and gathered it till it fit the bottom of the skirt, which was a great way to reduce fabric waste from this project!

And here we are! The final dress on me! I think it turned out adorable? And I got so excited I even painted my nails a matching green hehe.

But of course I still need to show how my 2026 fiber arts bingo is going

Sooo close to my first bingo, but alas, maybe next time? I do have some red fabric my mom wants made into a blouse?

Ballgown!

Hi friendos! It's wip Wednesday and I have been informed that people want to see how the ballgown is going! So to start you off we have the concept sketch I did for this monster of a project.

Then showing off some of the fabulous fabrics I'm using for this project and just how silly drying and cutting the pieces can get!

Interfacing! Which I am only doing sew in for this project because I'm trying to limit buying new materials this year and thus am using fabric I already own for the interfacing.

Bolero! An in progress pic and then a look at how cool it is on me! This bolero is made using leftover fabric from a skirt I did a decade ago and leftovers from that underlayer of my spring lolita dress I did last month!

The skirt!!! Look at how pretty the hong kong binding I did on the seams around my zipper are! And yes I did have to purchase tulle for this because I don't own any green tulle somehow, but with the hoop skirt on under it we are getting some delightful volume on this!

And corset! Using the same pattern I customized for myself last year as part of making a workwear corset for my product class, I used a fun brown for the outside and a green crepe for the inside. The green lining for this is actually the leftovers from a dress my mom made me for my graduation party from cotillion! So it's really fun to be able to use the rest of that on such a cool project <°v°>

Now the last picture has me lacing this up with a ribbon since I hadn't gotten laces yet, and the cups didn't have their underwire yet, so I'll have to make sure to get an updated picture of that for you guys soon!

I have two overskirts I'm working on! And things are starting to feel tight since the event I'm wearing this to is next week. Wish me luck!
