Melba:
Well technically she had gone from noble, to commoner, to noble again. As a mortal her family were nobles, and as such she inherited that title but upon getting bitten she was presumed dead. And befitting her desire for revenge she is given the nobility status by a demon to ensure they can conduct their work smoothly.
Raziel:
No, unfortunately Mr. Holier than thou cannot lie, and even when he tries something as small as a little white lie he is extremely guilty about it. Then again, he isn't all that guilty when trying to lie to mortals.
Reggie:
Created as a clone, he was technically raised by the Grim Reapers for a period of time. He was raised in hopes it would help give him the memories of Madame Redd but that was proven to be a fruitless endeavor. He was raised with the notion that he would forever be in the footsteps of someone who is no longer living.
