Used a pattern from a vintage booklet to make some super cute lil paper scaredy cats. The original instructions call for a sheet of brass or tin but all I have is origami paper & tape.

@princessxombie gave me a little disco pumpkin plush & I sewed wings & glued a googly eye on it & it's a littol creechure now
A request for another bat bag tag, but albino style! I managed to put the pocket on the right way this time!
Woohoo I'm making little leather practice projects again! This bag tag of my OC the Traveler is for an internet friend who's working toward moving soon.
Another practice bag tag.
Made 2 little shelves out of old cigar boxes today & I think they turned out pretty nice! Construction-wise they're kinda janky but they're holding up my many little collectibles so that's all I need.
Happy Halloweeeeeen~!
I found this big Lalaloopsy at a thrift store a while ago, & turned it into some kinda spoopy decora character. I’d like to add some beads & ribbons to the hair because it feels a bit empty compared to how busy the rest of the outfit is, but for now this is what I got.
Look, someone else prolly already thought of this, but tonight I figured it out all on my own so I want to share my discovery with other doll modders. I’m doing a hybrid using a Boxy Girls body & a mini Halloween candy bucket decoration. I found a plastic spray bottle cap & packed some scraps of craft foam in to make the peg holder area the right height. Then I rolled a couple strips of foam around the inside until they were snug when I put the neck peg in. I cut a hole in the bottom of the pumpkin that’s a little wider than the neck, to allow for a bit of head tilt. The amount of head tilt is being limited by the size of the hole I can cut, so if a bigger diameter container is used, it should allow for more head tilt. Then I glued the neck peg holder into the bottom of the pumpkin, lining up the holes. Here’s a sketchy diagram to make up for my amateur photos & description:
If the neck peg has the grappling hook sorta design, like barbies, then I think either the spikes could be cut off, or the foam could be wrapped around the hook first before being put in the holder & attached to the head, altho that would make it a more permanent attachment.
