It's not like they don't care about me, they totally do, I just get selfish and act like an asshole.  The whole time I was walking back to my dorm, I knew I should just turn around because all I wanted to do was spend time with my friends, and they would have welcomed me if I'd bothered to step up.  I just can't step up like that, it's just not how I'm wired.  so yeah, it's my fault.
