Hello! This is my first time writing in tumblr! This is a poem I wrote about 1 year ago, and finally summed up courage to post this here!

As I stand beneath the carpet of stars

the moon shines in the sky,

casting her golden glow on me.

Her soft glow caresses my cheeks

swelling my heart with myriad of thoughts.

The entire world comes to still

as heavenly feel descends the earth.

The glow worms shine softly midst the dark,

and leaves sway to the gentle breeze of the night.

As I gaze up into the sky

where the stars’ glimmer light up the night,

I let my heart bare itself to the world

and let the beads of water flow down my cheeks.

The gentle breeze wipes my tears away

as I look at the moon hanging in the sky.

She lulls me to sleep

putting me in a deep trance.
