Minato: 1.) Thunder Kunei Throw [15%] (works with Shikamaru's barrage technique) 2.) Teleport to Kunei (without Kunei he does a 45 degree angle kick down)  [0% / 40%] 3.) Rasengan (  when stacked it turns into a grand rasengan ) [50%] 4.) Kunei Shadow Clones ( replicates a kunei into a wall of kunei ) (if no kunei exists, he uses time space barrier instead. all attacks in front of him dissolve into nothing) [70% / 70%]

 Kakashi +4.) Sharingan Warp (same thing as time space barrier... I know, I'm cheap like that)

Gray Sorter Instead of bubbles he has a the ability to lay down loyal(reflect-resistant) fire

Jiraiya has more health

Tsunade can't heal as rapidly O_o ( I was doing straight raikiris on her for like an hour and I wasn't getting anywhere ) 

Turns out that energy regeneration was accidently made 200% faster in the comeback versions -_-' ... AND IT WAS MORE FUN TOO!!! That explains why Neji, Shadow, Sonic & Chun lee could reflect so much more often. So I increased the cost for reflecting for them

Sakura's attack is no longer as laggy

Neji has increased life (+300)

Silver's Reflect now last longer. Silver also has a telekinetic slam as his 4th attack. He also has 100 less life points

Asuma's Kunei works with Shikamaru's barrage technique

Sasuke doesn't have Amaterasu yet... There will be 2 Sasukes when I decide to change Sasuke.

Itachi's Amaterasu cost 100% again
