Naruto: principal with no clue how to run a school
Shikamaru: Vice principal who actually run the school
Sasuke: “assistant” vice principal who’s only there bc he’s having an affair with naruto
Hinata: head of the PTA
Sakura: Health/Science teacher
Neji: Strict English teacher
Lee: Gym coach
Ino and Sai: PTA parents
Kiba: history teacher thats also a coach and gives extra credit if you go to his games or show him pics of your dogs
Shino: science teacher
Choji: PE teacher turned PTA parent
Tenten: runs the after school hangout place

Iruka: student counselor who doubles as a hall monitor cause hes always on the move.
Kakashi: workshop teacher that doesn't really care what's happening in his class. Constantly flirting with the counselor.
Karin: strict biology teacher and PTA assistant
Shino also has an after school club for nature preservation and lee coaches the baseball and softball team. Tenten's hang out is an arcade cause yes.
With this au building up more I should mention I have a kakairu kid and a kibashino kid that I should draw cause I want to include them in this.
