No, nasalarry (who made this beautiful Niall fanart that has a shamefully low number of notes on it, and who has since deactivated) and @nasalouis are not the same person.

Nasalouis’ art can be seen here (and it is awesome!). I haven’t been able to find Nasalarry’s art anywhere else.
