Everyone has their reasons for donating, I donated because I miss one of my mentors so much. Dr. Sharyn Slavin Miller loved NASPA, she took pride in the association, she helped me find a home in NASPA, she was consistent, strong and kind. If you were telling your younger self a piece of advice, while beginning to explore this field, what would you say?: Residence life is not the only pathway into the profession. It's okay if you don't have (or want) residence life experience. 

What would you say has been your biggest career accomplishment thus far?: Completing my PhD.
