the thing IS that while Brenda and Kelly obviously give Betty and Veronica, Dylan just isn't Archiekins, Luke Perry fatherhood be damned. Dylan McKay is pretty Jugheadian to his core which is why Dylan x Kelly is the Jeronica that got away and Brenda x Dylan are Bughead in ways I can't get into right now. Steve = Reggie and that conversation is over and the Archie of it all is Brandon, except he is a whore to levels Riverdale just never reached. David gets Gay Kevin for artistic pursuits and then there's Donna who's Tabitha, religious storyline and all but she's a virgin waiting for marriage (virgin Mary personified?).
