On May 8th we will open our doors at our Natrona Heights location. We have been working hard to make it the perfect shopping place with all the new regulations. Many changes have been made and we ask your patients as we institute new policies. A clean and sanitary store is our number one concern. We are changing our store hours. 11-7 seven days a week. We ask that you wear a mask if you can. We ask that you maintain physical distancing. Please do not come in a group. Please do not hang out. We are happy to serve you and we miss our customers dearly but there is a real possibility of me being shut down. Please show that we are responsible adults purchasing adult products and hopefully they will leave me alone. I will not be opening my Plum location at this time. I am hoping to open it very soon but need to get this store up and running and be sure that there are no problems before I can tackle that store. We are still shipping through USPS. We got some major restocks. Tfv16 coils single and dual mesh, Novo 2 mesh pods 1.0 ohm, Falcon M1+ and M2 coils, and Tf Tank Bf coils. Strict limit of 1 pack per order for these as everyone has been waiting for these forever. Until they are more readily available we will stick to this limit to stop the people who keep buying all the stock of all the hard to find coils. Those people can sit on their toilet paper throne and vape away while everyone else does without. I’m putting a stop to this. I have made it so you cannot order more than one pack. It won’t let you. Starting Monday we will be doing phone orders shipped to your home of every item we carry in the store including things not available on the website. Please call [phone]. Please be patient if you don’t get through the first time we only have one phone. The way it will work is you will tell us what you want. We will take down your information. We will then email you an invoice for you to checkout on the website. When you get the invoice click on the my account link and it will take you to the website. In your account you will see the unpaid invoice. Click on it to finish paying. This is how I can make sure age verification has been done which happens during checkout. There will be a flat rate $5 phone order shipping fee. This is the best way I could come up with to take care of everybody’s needs and get my guys back to work. We are open today! I encourage you to use our curbside service. I do not have an all seeing eye. I am trying to stay open as you can not get these products anywhere else but that does not mean that we will not be ordered to shut down. Please be respectful of my employees and keep your distance. Octopus Ink Vapor LLC would like to remind everyone that we offer curbside service at both stores and online store pickup or curbside service at our Natrona Heights store. We are a 21 and over only establishment and with the kids being off for the next two weeks juggling getting to the store maybe difficult. We got you covered. Just give us a call, tell us what you need, and we will come out to your car for you. For those of you still coming into the store, we have always been a very sanitary establishment. I use a hospital grade disinfectant cleaner in the store, we use alcohol swabs to clean the tester section with disposable drip tips for each person, windex with ammonia, and many more things to keep these places sanitary all year round, not just during a time of crisis. I have always felt it is my duty to keep a sanitary environment for something you are putting into your body. Can all the vape shops you goto say that? Unfortunately the delivery service has fallen through. The company that approached me to do it promised the world but the only thing they could really deliver would have been pissed off customers. I won’t go into major details but when ordering you wouldn’t know if we had the item in stock even though I was promised it wouldn’t be that way. I won’t do that to my customers.
