He's fussy and a bit pretentious esp regarding his skin. The bag's full of sunscreen, lotion, and chapstick. He's "helpful" in like the least helpful possible way. He will nag you about taking care of yourself and give unsolicited advice/assistance. Natsuhisa thinks anyone who doesn't take care of themselves is a dumbass.
Though he's pretty mean he's not really hateful or anything. He's very soft-hearted, though he'll still call out all your life decisions and his own. He's awkward with personal relationships and absorbs himself in his work
