Due to me not having a #naturalLabor So that means everything is gonna be planned & organised by the wonderful team. (At the hospital) So it's gonna be a very clam Labor for me 😋But the downside is. I might not be able to give a #waterbirth 😫🤔but never mind loves you guys know me. I can also go with a FLOW! But still having a very positive mind set. Let's see k huncha 😂for full video link at my bio. #nepaligirl
labor land // del mar birth center
Looking thru my phone making space, not only did I drive myself to the hospital but I recorded my labor lol I thought it was a false alarm so i went alone, since I was told I might have to get induced & possibly have a c section, a couple days before I went into labor but I had an angel watching over tho ! I left my house at 11:30pm & my son was born at 12:13am, I was 6 cm dilated once they checked me & the nurse walked out to get my paper work started & my iv & all that but 5 mins later my water broke & I had him like 2 mins after no nurses no doctor & no iv & most important no pain medication, lets be honest I'm a mf G! Haha nahh I prayed alot once I was told about the c section I had a good long talk with God & he helped me out! #laborstories hows that for #naturallabor #ProudMommy #mommyof2 #momstrong
Anxiously Waiting
January 15, 2013
Words could not come close to describe just how anxious and excited I am to finally meet my son. I always hate the end of pregnancy and not just because of how uncomfortable you are, but the fact that you've gone 8+ months dreaming and wondering what your child will look like. "Will he/she look more like me or her dad?" "Will he/she have a lot of hair?" "Will he/she be dark or light?" And if you have more than one child already - "how will they adjust to having a younger sibling?" All these thoughts are constantly on my mind and no matter how many times I ask my Hubby about his thoughts on these things, my mind still can't stop thinking about it. My kids are mixed (I'm 50% Mexican, 50% Filipino and their dad is 100% black), so you really don't know what to expect! My daughter was as light as me when she was born and then finally got her beautiful color after a few days. As she got older, her hair got longer and really curly.
Another reason I'm very anxious and excited is because I plan on having a waterbirth this time around. I had my daughter 100% natural and 100% unmedicated through HypnoBirthing but my doctor and nurse were completely unsupportive of my plan so they gave me such a hard time during labor. I'm thankful to be seeing midwives with this baby because they are completely supportive of my birth plan and actually ENCOURAGE it. I plan on recording it too so expect it on Tumblr, YouTube, and Facebook. ;) I just pray to God everyday that I have an uncomplicated birth, a non-surgical birth, and a healthy baby cuz after-all, a healthy baby is what matters most. ♥
