Overnight at Joshua Tree NP 😎 . During visit to brother at Big Bear we spent a night Ryan Campground in @joshuatreenps . After a short hike to Lost Horse Mine, we settled in to watch The Show: super-colorful & sustained sunset, about an hour of Milky Way, then full moon rise 🤯 . Seems new iPhone has a “moon timer” on the camera that allows long exposures at night, so played around with that. . First time at Joshua Tree—mos def won’t be last. “ oh there she is! finally decided to stop sulking, ginger 2? ” sirius’ lips twitched up into a grin as he rolled over onto his stomach, gazing up at mk as she made her way down from the girls dormitories. he knew she’d be down again, and he pushed himself up onto his knees, head tilted to one side. that was all down to intuition, and definitely not due to the fact that he had hold of the map tonight. nope. nothing to do with that. they’d had an argument, of course, they always found something to argue about ---- but he’d also promised to show her the entrance to the kitchens. it had been a toss up as to if she’d show up or not, but here she was, and he laughed quietly under his breath.
