There was talk earlier of Max going through socials and deleting comments, or just deleting entire posts to destroy everything all at once. But now, it seems the tune has shifted a bit through email as well.
When I got my first support response, it was something along the lines of “Thank you so much for sharing your story. I’ll pass this along to the proper people. We love to know how our viewership feels.”
But the one I just got now was like “bestie that’s fucking feedback. this is support” KADJWJ 😭
Could have just been the particular individual and how they chose to respond, but I would not be surprised if they’re just getting overrun, and subsequently annoyed.
