Character Introduction - Eirwen Alkan
Eirwen is a vampire. She was chosen to join the exclusive Alkan Clan at a young age, already renowned for her beauty. Her parents were desperate, leaving her on death’s door, when Kandyce found Eirwen and saved her, giving her a new name and a new life. Since then, the matriarch of the Alkans has served as a mother and protector to young Eirwen.
Eirwen discovered her love of filmmaking when she and her adopted siblings had midnight movie nights. She had never seen anything so mesmerizing, and knew that if she could make her thoughts into films she would be complete. Kandyce did not approve, sending her away to school to study something more practical. But Eirwen is getting her film degree in secret, dedicating herself to telling stories where the damsel in distress can be her own hero.
Eirwen is from the Riverview University universe, and though she appears in Moonlight and Roses, her story is Night, Blood, and Snow, a retelling of Snow White where Eirwen is the eponymous girl.
