hey guys! so we have another update for you!! the staff have decided that we're going to open on september 5, one week from today!! tumblr reserves will last three days so you have plenty of time to finish your apps! that being said, we're going to open reserves!! you can have up to two reserves, and if you already have one, you can have one more! send us your reserves in the following format: face claim for alias (backups here) closer to opening, probably this weekend, we'll hold another contest for early entry to the site! keep an eye out!

these are the three apps we're offering on nobody like you! they are all the same in terms of content, but each have subtle differences. in the first app, the image required is 93x93. it can be a gif or regular image. the second app, the image or gif should be 145x200. and in the third app, the main image should be 300x235. we will not be releasing the code before hand as we feel the basics tab should be the easiest to fill out.

audrey rose mcmahon / twenty-seven / unemployed

audrey was actually born in upstate new york. her grandparents on her mother's side, however, lived in town, and she visited them twice a year, once in the summer and once in the winter. both sets of her grandparents were rich, but she never met her father's parents as they passed away before she was born. they left her a pretty large inheritance, which she got when she turned twenty-one. her childhood was great, she has one older brother that she's very close to and her relationship with her parents is still really good. about ten years ago, her grandmother passed away and the plan was that she would come and live with audrey and her family in new york when it happened, but she ended up staying in town because she loved where she lived so much. audrey tried to visit more than a couple times a year but sometimes life just had other plans for her. eleven months ago, audrey's grandmother passed away, too, and in her will, left audrey her house and half of her estate. the other half went to her brother. so feeling like she needed a change, audrey moved into her grandmother's house and has been here for about seven months. personality wise, audrey is incredibly shy when she first meets people. she often needs a few days to recover when she's been social for a long period of time. she's got a little bit of anxiety and tries not to let it get in the way of her life, but there are days when she can't bear to leave her house because of it. needs: friends! she's been here for about seven months and while she's still trying to get everything together, i can imagine she's definitely made some friends. she's trying to get a job, but with the economy, it's kind of hard, though. she also needs her older brother! he should be between twenty-eight and thirty-two. they're very close and if someone makes him, we can say he comes to visit and decided to move or something. we'll figure it out. hit me up for plots!

chase alexander campbell / twenty-eight / record store owner

chase campbell was born and raised right here in town. his family is pretty well-known, only because his mom sells things that she makes at the farmer's market every week and his dad is a teacher at the high school. he's outgoing and socialable, always hanging out with his friends and doing things when he's not working. he bought a little record store at the shopping center, with the help of his mom and the bank, a couple years ago and it's his whole life. he loves music and can't go a day without listening to something. he usually wears band t-shirts under flannel button ups because he's a loser and doesn't know how to dress himself. on shipment days, he usually messes around listening to all the new music rather than actually putting shipment away. if he's not at work, he's out and about usually. he likes picking up girls from bars and taking them back to his place. his speciality is one-night-stands and he hasn't had an actual relationship since probably college. like i said, though, he's pretty outgoing and a fun loving guy. he's always wanting to do something with people. needs: siblings! i'm good with giving him two or three. genders don't matter and age doesn't matter, as long as they're younger than him. tons of friends. since he's been here his whole life, he definitely has a lot of them. employees for the record store. it isn't a big place, so maybe only two or three people that work for him.
