Thoughts on 18x03...

I guess the Slibbs shipper in me wants to see the fact that Jack left the bar early as a cover in a way. Like, 'ooo, Gibbs is starting to buy everyone shots, I should go before I get too drunk and one of us slips up.'

I get the feeling that this season, when no one is looking (after the concert before Jimmy arrives for example), they are showing us their true relationship, but when there is even the CHANCE that someone could be watching ( at the bar, in Jack's office with the door open) Jack and Gibbs only show us what they want everyone to see.

I did like the line to the daughter about the book, that a friend wanted him to read it. Not a colleague or fellow agent....a friend.

It's the little things I guess. 🥰🥰🥰

It was a good episode. I enjoy the lightness and the call back to the bar.

Really would've liked to have seen more bar stuff but hey they spoke about it and we got a cute picture!! Love it. I'd pay to see them karaoke though 😅 tequila is never a good thing.

Fornells case is intriguing. The ending has me worried because that's the way they made it feel. I'll be happy when the chop of Toby's ponytail though.

Also loved and cringed at the Palmer moment this episode. I'm pleased everyone loved Gibbs being at the bar but Palmer 🤦🏼‍♀️ Now putting Gibbs in the friend category 😂

This leads me to something small that Jack said... She had a thing... She had to leave the party early. Why? It was a small thid bit but the chose to keep it in the final cut. So what does it mean? We know her days are limited on the show so now I'm thinking every scene with her in it has to be leading somewhere. I'm either going to love it or hate it. That's always the case.

If she doesn't get a decent centred episode for her departure. I'ma be pissed.
