Self defence for those not willing to put the effort into training and want something simple that works.
An attacker will get into your personal space, close enough to hit you without stepping in further.
They will build themselves up to hit you.
They will say something to make you think.
The moment they see you think or even as you think, they will attack you.
If you put up your hand outstretched infront of you non threatening they will at some point move in and touch it, that’s your cue to hit them.
If police are involved, say “I feared for my life”
Your lawyer will cover the rest.
Disclaimer: not all attackers will fool for this.
TECHNIQUE IS EASIER FROM A BASE OF COORDINATED STRENGTH
Technique is immaterial, meaning it comes from the mind, from beyond, it exists and expresses through the body. When the body is weak or uncoordinated (not meaning clumsy) the expression cannot fully form and there is a lack of power due to linking errors.
A coordinated full body weight lifting exercise, and NCKF exercise re-establishes the pathways so the expression can exit as close to its origin form.
No amount of technique manipulation will ever outperform full body relinking exercises.

NCKF uses training methods that enhance your reflexes so you can adapt to anything.
When you have trained enough you’ll notice you do things that you haven’t even trained which means you are now outside of the patterned learning, the drill has become dissolved.
You’ll also see your reflexes manifest in everyday life in ways that show you how valuable the method is outside of self defence.
(NCKF) NON-CLASSICAL KUNG FU
NCKF sticking has its roots in wing chuns chi sau but it’s not the same. There are differences that make it unique. That’s also one of the reasons we call it sticking and not chi sau. Jesse Glover learnt from Bruce Lee directly and took things in a different direction.
