Why yes, it is totally acceptable for me write weekly class content on M.Gemi’s direct-to-consumer luxury Italian shoe model - I am after all, getting a masters in Global Luxury Management! My favorites (on Pinterest) and a quick look at company pertinents.
Welcome Week
This past week I began a dual Masters program in Global Luxury Management. The year intensive starts in Raleigh North Carolina at NC State University and ends in Sophia Antipolis, at Skema Business School, in France. It is designed for students looking to enter the luxury industry and who require comprehensive business management preparation to do so. With this degree I will be able to open my own business, or perhaps learn from the best in one of the most prestigious companies in the world. The program offers incredible insight into the niche luxury market from the curtailed curriculum to utilizing the existing network of industry leaders who make up the GLM Industry Advisory Board here at NC State. They have already proven to be an incredible resource. Additionally, the students are a network in and of themselves. Given the networks we already possess and are willing to share, the people we are going to meet, and the places we are going to go, the Global Luxury Management alumni network will continue to strengthen its roots across the globe. My hope is that the connections I make here will remain lifelong and will help not only my class but more and more, the classes to come.
