Transparency: I lack discipline when it comes to food then add in BPD I go from one extreme to another. It’s tough working to gain a balance on my nutrition. It’s been a fight my entire life! I’m at a point where I want to eat what my body needs/wants, no counting macros, no starvation, no restrictions. It sounds easy but sheesh. Anywhoo I made this oatmeal and it’s pretty good. Like I can prep this and make it bi-weekly good!(don’t want to over do it.) I, as always altered the recipe, I browned some vegan butter and cooked the apples first along with fresh grated ginger, then I used oat milk instead of water ‘cause I like creamy oatmeal, I used actual vanilla bean and like the post I put a smidgin of maple syrup cause I like sweetness.
