something that ive been learning over the last two days at the NSNDP convention:
- convention food tastes bad
- you can just straight-up meet one of the chairs of the youth-wing of the party with the strongest presence outside of québec and have no idea
- talk to people youve met before (you dont wanna not know *anyone*), especially if they’re more involved than you are or have been going longer than you have, because they probably know some more cool people
- clapping starts hurting your bones after a while
- not all old people are hyper-conservatives who hate change, in fact, many of them arent
- dont wear the pants that the button pops off, it might come off while youre at the convention
- dear god do people like to nitpick a resolution (its me im people, i did that, oops, but only once)
