Sorry I haven’t updated in while. I’ve been in a bit of a rut, dealing with personal mental crap and trying to get back into shape. Updates are still going to be a bit slow coming. I’m trying to focus on my mental and physical health right now.

OK So as I said before I am absolutely slammed at work. I work in Government contracting an we are entering the final months of the fiscal year in which I term HELL MONTHS. So comics will be slow coming (even more so) if at all.  I also am now partnered up with a nutrition/training organization called Relentless Dietetics who likes my comics and wants me to draw some for them.  Which is GOOD because I’m running out of strongman ideas for comics :P So you guys will be seeing more lifting comics which is what I would like to have a lot of this focusing on as well as tidbits in my life. When I’m not being burned alive with paperwork. YES it makes sense!
