Bio: Necca still holds a grudge against the people who killed Dracula and plans to one day return to Transylvania and kill them and their whole family. He knew that the ones that killed them were mortal and instead hopes to kill the living family, or worse turn them into the things that they despised. Jezebel of course like so many others, tells him that she knows who they are and where to find them only if he joins her side. Necca didn’t really care which side, he did lean more towards the darkness though.
