First day back on the mats yesterday...

...Had a double session. An hour in gi at lunch and two hours nogi in the evening. Lunch was pretty chill, just rolling for an hour which got my appetite up for later in the evening.

Got neck cranked and choked on repeatedly and now it hurts to move my head in any direction. I wish it bruised so I would at least have some visual evidence as to why I look like a stiff action figure.
