Hello! My friends and I would love to know more about the bus to jailbreak. It'd definitely make things easier for us. How exactly is this supposed to work? :-)

awesome! so Daniela, the head of jib staff, organized buses for us to get there.  the buses collect us at the hilton or in the center of rome and will also drive back there. there is, as you may know, not really an alternative. taxis would cost at least 40 for one way. with the busses we pay either 27 from hilton to jailbreak and back or 21(if I recall correctly) from rome center to jailbreak and back. 

there’s also not really a way back to the hotel after 10pm if you’re staying there. so this is really perfect. Apparently not many people in the group have a tumblr so I thought there MUST be other who aren’t in the fb group who would need the bus. and TADA :)

What's great about Peggy is that she's not actually a TYPICAL "typical male character." A large portion of the plot in both episodes was about how she dealt with her sexist co-workers who constantly look down on her. Hell, even the overall plot relies on the fact that she's a woman - she would have been let in on the investigation had she been a man and she wouldn't have to sneak around. In order to make the plot fit a male character, they'd have to rewrite entire scripts and that's just awesome

I meant in the sense that her distancing herself from people because those close to her die and she wants to protect them is something of a standard male hero thing (batman and superman do the same thing for example). I'm enjoying that kind of characterisation occurring in a female character (and, yes, due to a plot that relies on her being female as you say) because I don't watch many shows where that is the case. It's showing it's, well, a standard HERO characterisation, I guess, as opposed to being standard for men :)

(I feel like it's getting me one step closer to a female Byronic character, which I've been having cravings for lately!)

Damn it, I'm having Connor/Oliver feels. Just look at his face in that bottom gif on the left. He's so relieved and happy to see Oliver. Well, as happy as one can be in that situation that is :P

Up until now we've only seen the buildup and initial fallout of the murder, but the story progress is rushing towards that moment and soon we'll witness the more longterm consequences (or lack there of, depending) such as how this will effect Connor & Oliver's relationship (or lack there of, currently, but I'm holding out hope!!) and I simultaneously eagerly anticipate and dread this.

Where did that quote from Jared came from, btw? I know it apparently happened sometime during JIB but I don't remember him saying that at J2 or his solo panel. He also didn't say that during my M&G with him. I'm wondering if perhaps it was during the Mishalecki panel which I missed?

Oh fuck me. I saw the quote going round on tumblr yesterday, so I assumed it was something he'd said at a different con! (hence why I started up debate about it, because it sounded NEW to me :p). But no, if you follow the link it's tagged as being from JIB...

No, I don't remember him saying that either, not even at the Misha and Jared panel, which I was there for. But even when you're right there in the room you still miss stuff!

Jared definitely thought the line referred to Dean dying and Sam’s previous comments about how he wouldn’t do the same thing Dean did to him in 9x01. He even mentioned The Purge.
