Necrovorous. Death Metal. On Dark Descent Records, these guys are not to be missed this year! This band is great! This song has it all. I especially love the well thought out guitar solo and the slow twin-leads section near the end that elevates things to an almost majestic vibe without leaving the overall filthy tone. Don't sleep on this.

Necrovorous: Plains Of Decay Album Review
Psychedelic Tribe of DoomNecrovorous are a Death Metal band from Athens, Greece. The band consists of Kostas K. – Vocals, Marios P. – Guitars, Bass and Vangelis F. – Drums.
Over the last ten years or so, ever since I came across the all female Greek Black Metal band Astarte, I have been interested in what Greece has to offer in the extreme metal. When Necrovorous sent me their Plains Of Decay…

Do you have anything further on gun control?
It’s not a topic I’m that much into (nor a very notable/often recurring one in my countries actually), I made the post after seeing a particular shitty argument again. The one who said - I don’t remember, who - that the reason people bring up Britain and Austrailia is because anti gun people usually bring them up first for examples, that was the post that gave me what I asked for. Well, most of it (because I’ve seen “but UK isnt doing it right” used as argument even when nobody brought it up as an example). I didn’t intend it to evolve into a discussion about gun control, I was just pointing out a weak argument.
To be completely honest I suppose gun laws needn’t be universal. What works for one country might not work for another. But that also means the other country should not be trying to impose their laws to others.
And if you’re reading this and thinking, “but you’re contradicting what you said before”, well, I suppose so. But I wrote that post when I was annoyed and it kinda went downhill from there, I’m too easily provoked unfortunately… But I also get tired of pointless, heated arguments pretty fast.
Why do I say they are pointless? Well, I don’t know how involved you get with touchy topics, but this is what I’ve learned from personal experience: arguing with random strangers on the internet (about real-life issues, at least) bears no fruit. You’re not likely to change their opinion, they’re not likely to change yours, even if it’s just out of spite, and the only result such arguments have is that both (all) sides involved get upset. And it often gets down to petty insults and bullshited information that’s based on emotions rather than facts. So yeah, such topics are better avoided unless both sides show willingness to listen and don’t get too emotional about it. Discussing on a philosophical level, as I like to call it.
