Which font do you think I should use?
I finally figured out how the pattern making program and been goofing around with one of them. I wanted to make the first word with a different script for emphasis but I can’t decide which one looks best I figured I’d ask you guys for your opinion.
The last one in red is the default alphabet I’ve been using
Help? Cross stitching song lyrics
Does anyone have suggestions on cross stitch alphabet/fonts to use if you want to write a long quote?
I’ve been having problems finding text patterns that works for a lot words. I know a lot of people use pixel art programs to make patterns but I wouldn’t know where to start with those because well, I don’t what I want my finished size to be or how to make letters or how to space them/words. I just know what I want it to say.
I want to cross stitch a verse from a guiding song as a gift for a friend, it’s from the song “ On My Honour” if you’re interested.
Friendship is the strangest thing/
Keep it to yourself, no reward it’ll bring/
But you gave it away, you gave it to me/
What great friends we shall be
I’d really appreciate any suggestions or tips anyone has. I’m also open to suggestions on how to finish the project when I’m done. I don’t really know what to do with it and giving someone a scrap of fabric just sounds weird. I’d much rather give them something useful that won’t just be put in a drawer.
