I should really get back on here, but honestly it is hard. School is over (FINALLY) and now I get to wait to see if I passed and move onto the next semester. I am scared I'll fail, though am reassured from many that I'll pass. I don't believe them one bit.
I got strep throat before exams so no workouts were had or much studying. I am highly considering a personal trainer now. I really want to lift weights and have no idea where to start. Cardio I have down, body weight work I have down, but I really need to take it to the next level to improve. I've become the girl that follows all the personal trainers on Instagram, but am having trouble committing. Today I am going to attempt a workout and hopefully my body handles it ok.
