I think to be put simply. Leona now thrives in a self-righteous world where she could do no wrong. HER personal thing may be about protecting others, but in the end she's an enabler helping others to kill. Some hate to bring gameplay into the rp realm but they try to base some of it on lore, and change it when it doesn't fit. Leona has no protect skills for others. They disable and make enemies prey. Her passive marks the prey and lays them out to be killed. Once a soldier always a soldier.
