So far today has not been a good day. This morning I got angry over school work and the kids just not listening. Today I’ve cried loads. Today I’ve messaged my mum to tell her I don’t think I know how to be an adult. Today I feel like I’ve been “winging it” my whole life. Today I miss my friends so much. Because I just want to talk to them face to face. With a cuppa. Tell them how I’m feeling. Today I just want to go back to bed and wake up when this nightmare is over. Today I feel all the guilt because I’ve shouted at the kids. Today I feel overwhelmed that every surface in our home has ham or chocolate or pen on it. Today I feel I need a cuddle more than I’ve ever needed one ever before.
