I got to the gym today and was just kinda tired and unmotivated, but I said screw it, let's just get it all done and I'll be back to the couch in no time! So that's what I did. Second week of my power block to help build speed, so squats, ten set of three at 125lbs, strict press ten sets of three at 75lbs and good mornings three sets of ten at 75lbs. I whined a bit, but I got it done.
