Needles removes his sword from its leather sheath, pointing it at Shay. How do you react to having a sword blade pointed at you?

“Is that supposed to bethreatening?”, he asked in a deadpan voice.

Mildly said, Shun wasn’t impressed.What was  this idiot thinking, blatantly jumping out like this andattempting to attack him?“Well, not that it matters”, he thoughtas he activated his duel disk, effectively using it to block the sword thatwas being pointed at his throat. If this stranger wanted a fight, hewouldn’t back away from it.

But…wait! This person wasn’t one ofhis usual enemies. This person was–

Shun narrowed his eyes.

“What the hell are you doinghere?!”, he snapped at said OC, intending to utterly crush him in aduel and card him and his mun.

But before he could play his firstcard, a young woman appeared at his side.

The Mun: *Steps on Shun’s foot andgives him a fake smile* Would you be so kind as to come with me?

Shun: Why should I? I am going to cardthose bastards and I will not let you interfere!

The Mun: Shun. *Grabs his collar andyanks him down* *whispers in his ear* Do you want me to whore you outto every single muse you encounter and portray you as a whinysubmissive?  

Shun: *Glares and begrudgingly followsher* *mutters under his breath* This woman is even worse than AkabaReiji.

The Mun: I love you too, Shun <3

The Mun: Shun…didn’t I tell you notto be mean to people you don’t interact with?

Shun: But those bastards didn’tread the rules and they even referred to me by my dub name!

The Mun: Look. You’re an asshole andI’m an asshole, so I know how you feel. But in a situation like this,you’re supposed to at least pretend to be polite andunderstanding. I don't like the concept of this blog. Why do you like reblogging sad Madoka Magica-related posts from others?

This is a bit of a complicated question, and deserves a nuanced answer. I’d be lying if I said that tears don’t taste delicious, and that this didn’t factor into the “concept” of this blog, but there’s more to it than that.

Fundamentally, I am a big fan of the series. In fact, it’s probably one of my favorite works of any media. Every day, I go through literally every post that is posted to the Madoka Magica tag. I would not do this if the show wasn’t important to me; if it didn’t mean something very special to me. It reached out to me in a dark time in my life, in way that very few media works have. It made me feel things during a time when I often had to struggle just to feel anything at all. I find it heartening to see that other people feel the same way about it; had similar reactions towards it. There is catharsis in seeing that we are not alone. And if the feed back I’ve gotten over the years that I’ve spent operating this blog is anything to go by, other people feel this way too. This is all expressed in my own idiomatic way and laced with multiple levels of irony, but at its deepest, most sincere core, that is what this blog is about.

The fact that your tears really do taste delicious is just an added bonus.
