It's very strange lately, meeting other people who you've watched for the last few years on outlets such YouTube or The Voice etc and to come face to face with those people who you have only ever witnessed through a screen. Then you realise that everyone started somewhere to get on that ladder, whether it be a webcam for videos or a nervous first audition..they've all been there in that very same position. Everyone can stand at the same point if they take those little steps.
