robby's bi awakening was his bestfriend jack abbot
robby was still exploring his sexuality during his university years, growing up jewish with his grandma surrounded by a community where queer people are not likely to be expected, the first emotion he felt was shame.
jack often wander around in their shared dorm shirtless, the man had a muscular body that is worth showing off but robby was having a hard time pretending that he wasn't affected by it. every time jack would catch him staring that boyish grin on his face will widen as he teased a blushing robby who will sputter random excuses to explain his staring problem.
"calm down, mikey. there's nothing bad about admiring another man's body, it's just how it is." the way he talked about it so casually was almost a relief for robby, yet his anxiety around the topic didn't seem to wane.
"but it's inappropriate, it's not like i'm g-" he shut his mouth before he could continue his sentence, suddenly feeling more interested staring at the rug his hand unconsciously rubbing his nape and adjusting the collar of his blue long sleeve a habit of his to self soothe.
"that you're not gay?" jack finished his sentence which only make him feel ashamed. "you don't have to be gay to appreciate a man's body, mike."
"i know, it's just..." what can he even say, this was an unfamiliar territory for him and jack's piercing gaze only made it harder for him to think straight. "you make me feel things, and it's embarrassing and i feel like a perv to even think about it, i don't know." robby was now hiding his face with his hands a small groan of frustration slipping out of his lips.
"like, what kind of things?" jack could have ignored it to save robby from further embarrassment but at this point he wanted to know what robby felt, that if there was a chance he feels the same.
"i can't take my eyes off you and that's not normal, i'm your friend and i should be respectful of how i look at you. and i like women, i still do but you're different and i don't know what to do about it, i can't get you off my mind." he's starting to ramble now digging a further grave of shame and embarrassment.
at this point jack was just smiling like he just won the lottery and maybe he just did. he reached out for robby's hand now sitting closer beside him as he coaxed the male to finally look at him. robby's teary eyes made him feel bad but jack can't deny how pretty he was like this, with robby's big brown eyes looking at him like he was a forbidden fruit he can't have.
"it's okay, i'm not mad at you for finding me attractive or anything i'm actually quite flattered michael. you can like women and men at the same time, it's called bisexuality and i'm bi mike if it wasn't obvious already. besides, you're not the only one with that problem, i also can't get you off my mind. i thought you were straight so i didn't make any move no matter how pretty you are."
robby's brain couldn't seem to process all this information, all he could do was stare at jack like he hung the moon. "you think i'm pretty?"
"more than pretty, and i could show you just how much if you'd let me." jack was moving closer now, robby leaned closer already breathless as they slowly closed the distance that he could smell jack's scent clinging on his clothes.
"take me, please."
that's what all jack needed to close the gap, robby was sweet as he had imagined, a little bit clumsy but jack had find that cute. robby melted into the kiss pliantly opening his mouth for jack as he lets him take the lead, whimpering like a needy puppy when jack's mouth moved down his neck marking his skin his arms wrapped around jack's neck fingers tugging on jack's red locks.
"so sweet and honest, such a good boy for me, michael."
"yes, please only for you. i'm only good for you, jack."
"yeah? and if i asked you to be mine right now, what do you think, baby?
"i've always been yours, ever since i moved in you're the only one in my mind."
the day was long and jack had so much to teach his boyfriend, one he would gladly do forever if he can.
