my second RWBY OC, her name is Neela Sininen, she is a Faunus peacock, she has feather hair.
her Semblance is called Hypnos, and she can induce sleep in various degrees, from sleepyness to a full coma. but it weaken her aura a lot (it can even break it, so she doesnt use it a lot in battle) and later she needs a lot of sleep- I took inspiration from Saint Seiya Lost Canvas for her semblance and its name (Hypnos is the god of sleep and his Cloth resemble a peacock).
Her weapons are called “Kioshi Surplice” (Kioshi Kioshi Warriors, from where I took some inspiration, and Surplice are the name of the armors that the spectres wear in Saint Seiya) and its a dagger/gun and war fan.
If, I had to describe her she would be a mix between Blake. Weiss and Pyrrah. Neela is from a group of female faunus warriors, their are trained to the the most beautiful ladies, skilled in combat and arts, as well smart (like geishas) that used to be guardians in palaces. Neela is the next in line to be the head of the group.
She is in the same team as Denver. the team name is MDNT (Midnight) [I hope it isnt taken D: but i have a backup name]
