Preparation for NEET 2022 Exams
Challenges faced by students as Exam dates of NEET/JEE approach
February feels like curtain raiser for notifications for various competitive examinations, especially national level exams like JEE and NEET.
This is time when speculations regarding changes in syllabus or paper pattern, tentative examinations dates are at peak and many aspirants experience rising anxiety.
Students who have worked dedicatedly for last two years feel fatigued. Some come face to face with saturation. Many complain of inability to stay focus, while few even show signs of disturbed sleep.
As tension builds up, it is these last few days that work wonders for improving ranks of students.
So here is what we recommend:
Breath: Any fear about uncertainty or result when crosses your mind, just take few deep breaths. The act itself will calm your nerves and prepare you to deal with negative thoughts.
Believe in yourself: Be confident. Assure yourself that even in case of any variation in pattern, the core concepts are same, so you can adapt to the changes and navigate through any obstacle by staying focus and working sincerely.
Plan your schedule: By now you must have gone through JEE/ NEET study material. So balance the time between revising your JEE/NEET books and going through books catering to JEE/NEET exam preparations, such as past years papers, mock test papers etc. Ensure you have kept adequate time for taking breaks.
Follow healthy habits: This does not just mean eating healthy diet and taking necessary slumber but also continuing any recreational activity you have affinity for such as playing guitar, dancing etc. Include yoga and meditation in your routine if not already part of it. Understand the importance of healthy mind and keep yourself positive. Ensure you read few good thoughts or listen to peaceful music for half an hour or so before you hit the bed. A good sleep is a key to begin your next morning on right note.
Communicate: Talk with your friends, parents and teachers if you have any sort of problem. Remember speaking rightly itself resolves half of the issues.
They say a runner is more likely to fall in last lap of marathon in his haste to touch finish line; this is human nature. So be consciously patient, calm and steady in your efforts as your target enters your sight and success shall be yours!
