Nerefrepitou IS a FANTASTIC character.period.

If it weren't for pitou, CAA would have not happened. Pitou is an embodiment of why you should not watch a show with human morale perspective. Pitou is not a human therefore none of the human values can be used against Pitou for their actions and what they did to kite. There I said it.
