"Please stay with me".

"Shh Nefirr I'm not going any where ". Kaitou spoke soft to the  dying  Jade there had been and attack by the Indigo battalion on neutral grounds, damn highbloods curse the lot of them, his thoughts were pause as he heard the female cough and take in a gasp.  "Easy Nef, only a few minutes longer". He her hair looking up at a sudden commotion from inside the cavern.A young Jadeblood pushing her way past the shorter Jades, long hair tied back into a braid. "Mother!!". She cried out as she rushed for the both of them, the youth dropping to her knees in hysterics over the fallen female, Kaitou frowned as he placed  his hand on her shoulder. "Easy Naylee, your mother is going to a beautiful place were there is no war or hardships". The young Jade looked up at the Saint her face stained with tears. "B-But she- we- I can't-". The youth couldn't finish the words as she looked back down at her mother whom had gone still.

"Mother?.. MOTHER?..MOTHER!!". Naylee called out as if her cry of sorrow could wake her, lifting her hand the youth placed her cheek into her palm this wasn't fair, why did they attack?, what reason did they have for attacking them on neutral grounds?, why her mother?. "Kaitou.. what am I gonna do?, I..I can't lead the Jades". The young Jadeblood spoke through her sniffles  as his hand brushed over her locks gently. "There is still much you have to learn I know ". Kaitou pulled the young Jade close turning her away from the body. "Do your best young one, I and the rest of the council will be watching over you Jomana will teach you what you need to know". As if on que the Olive blood walked free from the bushes that surounded the enterence to the cavern, always as gracefull as a spotted purrbeast, his hood being pushed down while his descendant Khepri stuck his head out from behind the male giving a squeak and gnawing on his ancestors pant leg. "Khepri, now is not a time for nibbles". It got a little snort from both the Lime and young Jade, Nefirr would be dearly missed but a new Jade leader would rise and be the next Jade Guardian.

Beginning with an Ending

Time continued plenty had left the world behind during the battles and some have stayed alive several only by  thread either way they were still alive word of the lowbloods new little icon had finally reached the lowbloods whom were under Neriss's rule, Meenah was already trying to hush the Signless and his followers up, with the amount of purples falling Rozland had asked Divine if she wanted to learn how to fight in order to keep the sick bat safe if there was ever an invasion of the enemy. She gladly agreed Rozland himself watching over the trolls learning how to defend and if needed, attack. He felt arms wrap around his middle and a face pressed against the center of his back. "Hello Nefirr". He greeted not needing to see the Jadeblood, her scent gave her away, a scent that always found himself inhaling when they would retire to his tent. When she didn't utter an annoying little comment or say something that would get under his skin the purple arched a brow looking over his should down at the female.  "Nef?". He asked, when she didn't look up at him he grew some what worried. " Loreto". He called over to the male whom jogged over to them. "Sir?". "Watch the team I need to discuss something with Nef". 

Loreto nodded watching as Rozland turned his arm resting over the little Jade walking her off, that caught the teams attention making some look at each other and some look into the direction Rozland and Nefirr had left in the male turning back to look at the group. "Alright ladies back to it!". He called out .

Getting back to the Generals tent Rozland turned to the Jade expecting her to finally answer or at lest explain, which as expected she did . "Chaos is erupting under Meenah's law things are starting to get out of hand and soon it's going to be happening here things are going to start to get ugly Roz". Nefirr's attention was on the map that was laid out on the table, painted nails dragging over the glass covered thing, following a path stopping at the bridge that connected Neriss' and Meenahs lands, one simple little bridge marked the split between the two sides of Alternia, how silly, well to the Jade it was silly she let silence fall between them before she looked up. "I'm joining the Council". Rozland paused as his hands took hold of her bi-ceps. "Nef you can't be serious". Nefirr reached up to push his arms down pulling his hands from her arms. "I am, the lowblood hold no chance if they do not have I and my skilled Jades on their side". "Nefirr are you listening to yourself?!". "Please Rozland do not make this any harder than it has to be". "You're gonna get yourself killed, if we're in battle I can't- I can't protect you no matter how much you fucking annoy me I still care about you". The Jadebloods features twitched, she was trying hard to keep her composure, trying hard to keep emotions at bey. "I'm sorry Roz this is the path I choose". The Jadeblood backed up from him just out of his reach, the ring that held his sign was pulled from her finger, the sight of his broken stare almost broke her, it almost made her reconsider. "It.. It also means we can no longer be together". He voice was no higher than a whisper as the ring was placed down onto the glass covered map they had become kistmate's in their 30's, both were now well into their thousands. She turned to leave but was stopped as he grabbed her arm. "Nef why?". There was a crack in the clowns voice one he didn’t bother hiding.  "They need me-". "I need you".  

That caused beads of jade to drop down the females cheeks  as she pulled herself away from the clown fleeing the tent ignoring the call of her name Rozland pulled his hand back to rest against his chest his mind trying to make sense of everything as he plopped into his chair looking down at his right hand, the Jade band was taken hold of, it took a couple tugs and a few twists before the thing was removed from his hand both rings being placed into a small wooden box to be dealt with later.
