Neftarak is very nervous, but he wants to tell Arsurus a very big secret! He is not sure if it really meant what HE thinks, but he saw his uncle, Xonav, kneel down before Aunt Zunie and then she knelt down too and they hugged!!! What does Arsu think about this? Please don't tell anyone!

Arsurus doesn’t know what that would mean without context… He’s very sorry, but he isn’t good with body language if he doesn’t see it. He’s had a lot of practice figuring out how people feel (aka: if someone is mad at him) if he looks at them, but trying to imagine it in his head is really difficult! :C

How would Hedrak and/or Saraki have felt if Arsurus HAD gotten shot when he ran up to defend Saraki? Especially if he tried not to let it slow him down, or even worse, told Saraki that he'd rather be shot instead of her shooting Hedrak?

Not shot, sliced. Saraki’s pole/staff weapon serves MAINLY two purposes. It can shoot energy slugs at a relatively good distance but it’s no as destructive. The same energy source can be adjusted to summon a warp blade transforming the weapon into a bladed pole/naginata like weapon. The blade does the real damage and works just like a standard warp blade.

She was holding the latter in Hedrak’s face. A twitch and Arsurus was risking not just a very bad gash, but even losing a limb or worse. In the absolute worst case scenario (not detailing what would go down in that eventuality), Saraki would have been emotionally crippled to the point that she would never be able to hold a weapon again or at least for a VERY long time and ultimately retire from her Inquisitor position. If she can’t trust herself  to control her own movements, she is only endangering others in her enviroment. She has never killed anyone on accident, and especially never hurt children. She would never be able to forgive herself, possibly mourning even after years and she wouldn’t be sure if she could ever do enough for Delarix to at least ease the pain her crime has done.

In the worst case scenario, Hedrak would be shocked to the core. He has seen a lot of slaughter and did a lot himself too, and the worst was always the children, something that haunted him even when he was controlled by Amon’s madness. A lot of things could happen there that could trigger his old memories and there are just too much variables how that would affect him. But most of it gravitate around suffering from immense guilt and somehow reacting to that or just ending it.

Moving onto the sncenario where Arsurus can still move and not be hurt that much to still have the presence for protecting Hedrak as a child, Saraki’s kneejerk reaction would be to back away shocked and drop her weapon like a disgusting larvae. One of her biggest fears is hurting a child. A sentence like that would hit her home, especially with a just as shocked Hybrid behind Arsu. It would take her at least a good five minutes to not be a blubbering mess of apologies, tears and shock. She would act differently if she wasn’t pregnant, but dear Adun, she never meant that. She is sorry. She didn’t want to hurt him.

Hedrak might get a bit defensive in that case and as shocked as he is, he would need some perseuasion to let the two woman closer to the kid. Yes, he has weapons to keep people at least at arm’s lenght and it’s not his talons.

❣for Yeran - Oddly enough, the Protoss equalient of dubstep and lines up lines of coding, that works just perfectly. What really used to calm him down was his connection in the Khala to the memory of his passed parents, but now even the mre thought or the smallest mention of their previous collective can make him break down into a sweating, shaking, blubbering mess.

❅ for Skarath - On Shakuras it used to be the season when the nights were longer and the planets unusual aura could be seen longer. On Aiur she doesn’t really know what’s her favourite season, but she guesses she likes Autumn the best so far? There so many colourful leavs around!

✿ for Neftarak - Yes, he does, but he is fearful that there still might be feral Zerg OR Hybrids around. If it weren’t for that possibility, he wuld have done his best to try and figure out a way past her mom’s dogs.

☁ for Saraki - Light rains with longer bouts of sunshine. They are VERY good for the garden and she always liked the genuine smell of the earth before rain.

∞ for Boozsab - He does. And with Kerrigan around he is REALLY curious if any ghosts can actually meet her, or how much is she part of it, because… she is kind of omnipotent?

✺ for Firiah - Beside handsome naked people and shiny things? Hmm. Mi'Nerra’s underwear and nightgowns. Damn that grumpy, snobby chick has some taste.

❧ for Hedrak - Currently, whatever that is bigger than a small lizard or bird and has meat on themselves. He also likes bird eggs, but he usually doesn’t disturb their nests. Most of them sing pretty nicely and he likes that.

‽ for Mi'nerra - Infarius design choices based on the painting she saw @ Cerendak’s. She just… CAN’T wrap her head around the fact that WHY would someone WILLINGLY put so many skulls and skull motifs on their armour? Okay, you don’t like people and probably into some wierd things, she gets that, but why?….. And why did they look like on the painting, that… they could… probably glow? Doesn’t that… beat the purpose… of being assumedly scary? It’s probably a Tal’Darim fashion statement… She might have to look a little bit more into their art history…

Is there some sort of fun "go outside and run around" activity that Skarath and Neftarak have to look forwards to in the spring?

Definitely. It’s usually in the local park with adult supervision, where they can play with other kids. Skarath had been nagging her new Aunts to come out there too. She thinks both Cerendak( @macabrecabra) and Azuna( @lady-windrunner) would be very good at balls and they should meet! She also think Arsurus should come too, because he would get on really well with Neftarak (he likes animals too!).

The most specific occasion outside beside playtime in the park is when the adults clean the garden. Thouhg Neftarak will be more involved in the work part (D:) now since Firiah and Xonav wouldn’t let Saraki do anything other than water the plants or stuff that wouldn’t strain her too much.

Aaaaaaa! Azuna loves, loves snuggle hugs from the little ones so much. She hopes they know how much Aunt ‘Zu loves them both. <3

☾ for Skarath and Neftarak

Are they prone to nightmares or dreamless sleep?

Neftarak lived through both of Shakuras’ Zerg invasion and ran into hostile Zerg the second time around. He gets the occasional nightmare with Zerg invading their house or hurting people he loves. He sometimes can’t sleep when he knows either Aias, Firiah or Xonav are out on Zerg hunting duty, but talking with one of his parents or older siblings usually calms him and he goes back to sleep.

Skarath was even younger when the second invasion happened and had to sleep with her parents or one of her adult siblings to be able to sleep. When the family reunited with Firiah after destroying Amon she decided it was her turn. She was afriad for a very long time that she would disappear again if she wasn’t there when she went to sleep or spent at least half of the day with her sister. This was also the time when she got better acquainted with Mi’Nerra as Firiah visited her a lot in the hospital and had to bring Skarath with herself to avoid her crying. Skarath was one of the main reasons Mi’Nerra recovered as fast and as well mentally as she did. She sleeps in one room with Neftarak now, and by default she is a very light sleeper. If Neftarak gets up, she gets up too. She still gets the occasional spook, but she usually cuddles with Neftarak now or goes over to her parents’ room.
