🍴Reviews for Mom's Meals are mixed...very mixed, but so far my mom's experienced the negative side of this service🍴(1) 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞. Their representatives are cold and lack the necessary compassion to be in this business. Not to mention rude and agitated when asking questions. My mom puts her calls on speaker and as her daughter/caregiver, I pay attention to how people speak to her🍴(2) 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠/𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞. So far, my mom's second order was a day late and when calling customer service, they argue with you stating one day the delivery was made when scheduled and then the next day, it was on its way. Well, the delivery was made on day 2 and was freshly packed. Not from the day before and delivered by a less expensive shipping company that I've never heard of or seen on the roads🍴(3) 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐬. They're not for everyone! In the box, you receive a short menu that's covered by Medicaid, while the 𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 online menu is/meals are available for the wealthier individuals/seniors that can pay for it out of pocket. That's unfair. A customer should have access to the full menu for a variety of choices🍴(4) 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬. That's true and they're full of sh*t because the meats aren't even real meat; they're nothing but soy patties and the side of vegetables are far too starchy and even though veggies are healthy, your body can only consume so much🍴Now, I can't speak for everyone or families who are signed up with Mom's Meals but I'm just going by my mom's experience 🍴 #food #momsmeals #negative #negativeexperience #medicaid #review #myreview (at Silverado Ranch, Las Vegas) https://www.instagram.com/p/B7vLVw-ADPV/?igshid=1o0vcefgm9k5q
