Seriously. Steve disobeyed an agreement between 117 countries over his remote controlled former Soviet assassin boyfriend, and Tony blackmailed a teenager into fighting. They both are responsible for smuggling an emotionally vulnerable teenage girl who’d just lost her only family into the US, also to become a fighter. On top of that, Scarlet Witch and Vision could reasonably be considered weapons of mass destruction, which blurs the line of the legality of their transport even more. Neither side was squeaky clean. So stop freaking out over it.
