Neko Nation Brisbane 130314 I really love being the admissions guy because you meet such interesting people. Was taking for a DJ friend tonight - Matt Sei - so a lot of ravers, furs, nekos, cosplayers, and gamers. A really cool night. I dressed up in 90s post apoc trash - donning a toy rabbit head I’ve fashioned into a gas mask (I wear it up as though it’s hair), my tattered vest and the pants I stitched up for Liam’s Malacyte gig. Photo by James Niland. Then, half way through the night, some absolute babe buys me a fucking $50 teddybear and just disappears. It lights up green, blue, and red. Next Neko Nations he’s getting a massive hug - just have to find out who he was.
