No regards to the text post about the shoe thing, yes we do leave our shoes on when we go into our house. Though, some people are different and they do take them off at the front door or they walk in with the shoes and immediately change into house slippers or something.

In my family, everyone always takes off their shoes at the front door. My mom has “indoor shoes” that she wears, and my brother is just a jerk and clomps his muddy boots around

I don’t think it’s a phase. They probably just realized that you grew up and could do stuff on your own. Some parents don’t realize that and have rules that may apply to a 13 year old but not to a 19 year old. sorry I butted in

yea tru, no no don’t worry about butting in lol

it feels like a phase though because, like, i know my memory isn’t the best and i remember roughly jack shit about anything but it feels like they snapped out of being strict really quickly, though it may just be me

nekochan08 Really sorry! Your ask fell into the void! But it's totally cool, I love getting asks~! Ava's Demon (you guess the name right) is a sci-fi-ish webcomic by Michelle Czajkowski that updates 10 panels every Monday and Thursday. Right now it's barely above 1000 panels so it's not so new anymore, but it isn't so bad that you couldn't easily catch up. The comic is about a young girl, the titular Ava, who is haunted by the titular Demon, and an omnipresent ruler of the universe named "TITAN" and her subsequent quest to find certain people to help her overthrow him. Not sure if that was spoilery, but there's a lot more than that! It's got a great concert, and excellent storytelling, as well as its amazing visual appeal. You should check it out and at least look at the first few pages~!
