If enough of us agree that season 8 never happened and Klance is canon, then season 8 never happened and Klance is canon.

No idea what they’re talking about, although the backpedaling has been strong ever since the game’s released - just look at the Trainwreck, and Berseria’s true names skit (they did go as far as to specify same/different gender in the Japanese dialogue), I know there’s a character relationship chart somewhere in one of the expanded materials guide books that specifically puts them down as either Childhood Friends or Close Friends or something to that effect …

My point is, Bamco’s never going to outright confirm it for us one way or another whether or not they’re canon.  They’re going to keep playing both sides of that equation - releasing merch with both of them on it/Water Armatus Sorey to pander to the fandom, placing an emphasis on their more-than-friendship in the crossover/mobile titles, while giving nebulous or conflicting statements with regards to the “Are They Or Aren’t They?” question.  As far as I’m concerned, they’re canon as written in the game and that’s really all I need.  The emphasis in the crossover/mobile games (hello, have we seen Mikleo’s Mirrage Arte art for Rays?) and merch is just a bonus.

As for the antis?  They can just enjoy an eternal spot on my block list.  I see no reason why I should have to spend time talking to people that are more likely to ruin my fun (and my day!) than enhance it.

I haven’t actually finished Xillia 1 so I haven’t actually seen much of Xilia 2 either, but I am familiar with the ship (and how they’re both Launchers Of A Thousand Ships).  I don’t mind them, even if I do like Jude/Milla a bit more, I can see it working out in one of the endings where Milla has to leave and Jude moves on.
