Pushing his lips out, he ducked his head under the hood of his jacket before walking outside the building where he worked. The sudden heavy rain pouring down on the streets took him aback. As far as he remembered, such a weather wasn’t planned at all, at least not for today, so he wasn’t properly dressed to face it and go back home clean. After bouncing once his eyebrows in a thoughtful manner, he let out a long sigh before finally deciding himself to walk down the street to his car, hands rubbing together. His vehicule within sight, he stop in his track to dig his hand deep into the pocket of his hacket and just when he was about to reach his car, a small ball of fur walked past him, apparently struggling under the heavy rain. His eyes followed the small creature, wondering what to do, until he kneeled down in front of it. He had nothing waiting for him anywhere, anyway. « You too were taken aback by the rain I assume? » He emitted a quiet chuckle, stretching out his hand to gently rub behind its ears. « Hmm.. ‘wonder if you have a home somewhere.. » clacking his tongue, he momentarily got carried away by his thoughts before pursing his lips to the side, visibly wondering what he should do or not do before carefully carrying the little creature in his arms and placing it inside his jacket to warm it up. « I will take you to my place ‘til the rain stops, alright? »
