For all the activity in the other parts of the city, the air around the courthouse is deathly still. At least in Phoenix’s version of the city, the courthouse stands in ruins. It’s unsettling to say the least, reminiscent of another ruined courtroom, in another city, in another world.
He’s worried about the others; if they’re not at the courthouse or the manor, where could they be? The area’s clear of monsters (at least from his point of view), so he deems it safe to approach a stranger. Might as well start asking around, right?
“Excuse me, have you seen anyone else around here? A man in a red suit, or a girl with blue hair...?”
